MEETING CUSTOMER AND INITIAL ON-SITE VISIT
Customer(s) is assigned to a Sky Shades Sales Representative, they will schedule an on-site meeting at the Customer(s) best availability. The Sales Rep will be accompanied by Measurement Data Team to gather initial physical measurements/photographies that will then be given to the Design Team for Project Development
MEASUREMENT AND DATA ANALYSIS
Once initial measurements have been taken using Digital Measurement Laser technology, PRODIM Technology and on-site physical measurements by the Sales Representative and Measurement Team, the Shade Project shifts into the Design and Development phase for Customized and Personalized Design for Customer(s)
Design
Structural Engineers will work alongside Architects, Graphic designers, and Illustrators that unite fabric colors, structural pole integration, painting of structure, hardware to be used, and will make any aesthetic altercations. Then, Customer(s) will approve proposal and Sky Shades begins Project Development
NEGoTIATION
Once Customer(s) reviews Project Proposal from Sky Shades Design Team, and after any adjustments or changes that need to be applied to the Shade Structure are updated, then, the Customer(s) and a Sky Shades Executive Officer will sign off the Quote and Terms & Conditions contract between the parties to begin production
Manufacturing
Once Project Proposal is approved by first the Customer(s), Project Manager, Sales Representative in charge, Architectural Team and most important the Structural Engineer that ensures full safety and security for the Project, Manufacturing Process will begin to meet Project Completion date
ABOUT THE OWNERS
Randy Ulloa and his wife Jacqueline are the proud founders and owners at Sky Shades since 2019. They are devoted to their three children-Esteban, Randy Junior, Marcela and grandson Mateo as they are devoted to leading their family to advancing entrepreneurship and personal growth.
Randy's passion as head designer and production leader show his commitment for perfecting his craftsmanship through custom designs and personalized Shading Structure manufacturing for our customers. He leads the entire Sky Shades team to have commitment, positive attitude, and determination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
After having had started his first business at age 19 in Costa Rica designing and crafting shoes, belts, handbags, clothing, etc for 20+ years, Randy moved to being a Sales General Supervisor for J.A Morales in Costa Rica. However, after an opportunity presented itself, he and Jacqueline made the decision to move to the USA with their family to start their own businesses and chase the American Dream. Today, Randy and Jacqueline are proud owners of We've Got You Covered, Sky Shades, and Deal Shark as the family seeks to expand their entrepreneurship.
Randy founded Sky Shades with a vision that prioritizes customer service and giving the Customer(s) custom-made and custom-designed Sky Shade to provide maximal satisfaction for our valued customers as we aim to add style, elegance and endurance to our Customer(s) location by using premium and leading materials in the Shade industry. Also, Sky Shades emphasizes elite production manufacturing of the products lead by Randy's experience of fine tweaks to create the beautiful final product alongside the Measurement Team, Design Team, Engineering Team and Installation Team to bring forth Sky Shades.
Our end goal is to deliver luxurious, durable and aesthetic shading that will make your business or home stand out while you are out enjoying time with your family and friends; all while being protected by harmful UV rays that can lead to Melanoma.
